Upgrade Traefik to chart version 23.0.0 and app version v2.10.0

No problems whatsoever deploying to Proxmox VE K3s Kubernetes cluster via Helm Chart and Flux V2 reconciliation in a GitOps approach.
Additionally some effort has to be put into migrating and removing deprecated CRDs.
