Upgrade Traefik to chart version 22.1.0 and app version v2.9.10

No problems whatsoever deploying to Proxmox VE K3s Kubernetes cluster via Helm Chart and Flux V2 reconciliation in a GitOps approach.
Additionally some effort has to be put into updating the Helm Repository URL to make the Flux reconcilation work again.
