Upgrade Home Assistant to chart version 0.3.7 and app version 2023.4.3

No problems deploying Home Assistant major version to Proxmox VE K3s Kubernetes cluster via Helm Chart and Flux V2 reconciliation in a GitOps approach.
Removed the MQTT broker configuration from the config file due to changes in the application itself.
