Update to Sonatype Nexus 2.11.2-04

I finally succeeded with upgrading, but had a nightmare while doing so ;-)
First i wanted to migrate to the jetty bundled version of Nexus, but for some reason that didn't work out well. So i have to use the old way via self hosted Tomcat 8 and manually copy the additional plugins (npm and ruby).
