Update ghcr.io/mend/renovate-ce Docker tag to v15.7.0
No problems upgrading the Docker container with a Docker compose yaml file within Portainer and by means of Portainer DevOps resp. GitOps with dependency update facilitated by Mend's Renovate Bot itself.

MEND_RNV_LOG_HISTORY_CLEANUP_CRONnow takesoffor cron-string values.offdisables the log history scheduler all together.
- fix(server): logs cleanup checks if the log history dir exists before deleting anything. this prevents exec errors from later find cmd execution.
