Update docker.io/elasticsearch Docker tag to v7.17.26
Successfully upgraded the Docker container on the Mastodon instance manually with Docker compose and fully automated on k3s Kubernetes cluster by gitops with dependency update facilitated by Mend's Renovate Bot.
