Update codeberg.org/forgejo/forgejo Docker tag to v17

No problems automatically updating Docker containers including Docker-compose and run the container by Dockhand with dependency update facilitated by Mend's Renovate Bot.

These two instances are mainly used as a GitLab mirror pulling the changes.

No issues with this by means of Docker-compose YAML automated GitOps minor update of the Docker container and on the K3s Kubernetes cluster by means of Flux with dependency update facilitated by Mend's Renovate Bot. Package Update Change docker.io/prom/prometheus minor v3.14.0 → v3.
