Upgrade Longhorn to chart version 1.3.0 and app version 1.3.0
Successfully upgraded Helm Chart version of Longhorn by means of GitOps workflow with Flux V2. Minor issue with continous load on one Proxmox VM, but resolved with reboot of the node. No problem whatsoever on the Raspberry Pi K3s Cluster. Longhorn v1.3.0 release
